Log in to your membership account using your phone number and a text code.

Reimbursement

Choose the type of fee you want to be reimbursed and the fee amount, specify the home service provider, upload an image of your bill, and press "submit."

Receive Confirmation
Email and Status:

You will receive email notifying you of the successful submission of your reimbursement request and status.

Check or ACH

Receive a check in the mail or choose to receive a direct email to accept payment by entering your banking information.

UPP Membership

What is included?

The UPP covers all added home service penalty charges billed to you, including but not limited to: late payment charges, insufficient funds fees, penalty notices, disconnect fees, reconnect fees, extra paper statement charges, restoral fees, and early termination fees (one per year, for electricity customers).

What home services are eligible?

Standard eligible home services include but are not limited to: electricity, water, natural gas, internet, cable, television services, home security, home phone, and cell phone.

How can I enroll in the UPP?

Enrollment is simple: follow the signup link, fill out the necessary forms, and provide auto-payment details seamlessly.

Can I cancel the UPP if it's not right for me?

Absolutely! You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time without any complications.

How do I get reimbursed?

If you have selected your reimbursement method as check, a check will be mailed to the service address on file. If you have selected ACH, you will recieved a secure email from our partner to handle the payment securely by entering payment details and accepting payment.
